MAD Industry card terms and conditions

These terms and conditions apply to your MAD Industry card and govern the relationship between MAD Ltd (‘we’ or ‘us’) and you. Use of your MAD Industry card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. The MAD Industry card enables you to obtain exclusive industry discounts in all MAD venues.

Obtaining your MAD Industry card

You can obtain a MAD Industry card, free of charge, at any MAD venue, by taking proof of your employment in the hospitality industry (payslip or other). You must be over 18 and you will be required to complete an application form.

Suburbs; Hula West Disbury, Tusk and The Fitzgerald Heaton Moor.

Using your MAD Industry card

You can use your MAD Industry card at any MAD venue as listed above. It is not a credit card, charge card or debit card. The card can be used to claim discount for you only on any drink deals. With the food deals, the discount applies to you and up to 5 other people. The MAD Industry card cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, set menu, meal deal, voucher, or voucher code whether issued by us or by any third party. Not valid on Bank Holidays, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Christmas Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day.

Expiry and cancellation

Your MAD Loyalty card has an expiry date of one year from the time of issue. You must re-apply and re-submit proof of employment in the hospitality industry to claim a new one. We have the right to amend or remove the card from the business at any time. We have the right to amend or remove offers at any time. You have the right to cancel your membership of the MAD Industry card at any time, by returning it to any of our bars.

Lost Cards

Replacement fees for card are £1 available at all venues.

Registering your MAD Industry card

You must register your card by going into one of the MAD venues, completing an application form and providing proof of employment in the hospitality industry with either a payslip or other such as an email from a manager at your place of work. We will take a copy of this proof. The manager processing the application for you will then register your details and the the card for you on our system. This way, your card is assigned to you and we can update you on MAD Industry card-holders’ offers and exclusive information via email.
